The passion for meat has long characterized the Soglowek family. Having started as a kosher butcher and meat product manufacturer in Breslau in the late 19th century, the Soglowek Company established itself in Israel in 1937. From a family business it grew to become a producer of a wide range of meat products, which includes pastramis, salamis, sausages, as well as pizzas, frozen baked goods and vegetarian meat substitutes. Today, after 70 years of success, Soglowek stands at the forefront of Israel's food industry and commands a sizable share of all four of its main market categories: sliced deli meats and hot dogs, barbecue products and sausages, vegetarian products and baked goods.
Since its inception, the Soglowek brand has been recognized by the Israeli consumer for its product excellence and high standards. Now Soglowek is a mainstay of the Israeli food industry and is considered a beloved Israeli brand name.
