About Soglowek

Contributing to the absorption of immigrants

In 2001, about 40% of the factory’s employees were new immigrants. In recognition of this support of the immigrant community, Soglowek won the Jewish Agency’s first prize for employers absorbing immigrants.

Contributing to society and to the environment

Soglowek, as a company, encourages volunteerism in its employees, and itself contributes to the community and Israeli society. Soglowek adopted a beach segment around Nahariya for the protection of the environment. The company also sponsors volunteer projects for its employees, as well as a food distribution project for the poor. The company supports the disabled and lovingly embraces the children of the Ilanot School.

Soglowek has been recognized for its contributions by Maala - Business for Social Responsibility for over five years.
