Notwithstanding the above, should any of the parties to this agreement be sued by a third party, under any type of legal procedure, the defendant shall be entitled, despite the above, to add the second party to this agreement to that legal procedure, and in such an event this arbitration agreement shall not apply.
The authorized court pursuant to the provisions of the Arbitration Law-1968 shall be the court located in the city of Tel-Aviv.
This section constitutes an arbitration agreement between the parties, with all its implications.
Subject and without prejudice to the aforementioned, with regard to any matter that is outside the scope of the arbitrator's authority, or with regard to any matter wherein this arbitration agreement is not applied, for whatever reason, exclusive jurisdictional authority will be granted to the authorized court in the Central and Tel-Aviv Districts in Israel.
